Is it really free? What's the catch?
Genesis is free and the AI Module is free forever, with unlimited generations. There are no AI credits, no usage limits and no subscription. ABYZOR sells Variations — the complete MIDI workflow — and that's how the free tools stay free.
How can the AI be unlimited?
It runs locally on your computer, using your GPU or CPU. Because generations don't run on our servers, there is nothing to meter or charge per use.
Does the AI run offline?
AI processing runs locally on your computer. Downloading, installing and updating may require an internet connection.
How big is the AI Module download?
The installer download is about 3 GB. We recommend at least 9 GB of free disk space for the model and working files. The first AI generation on CPU can take around a minute while everything loads — GPU is usually faster once set up.
Is the AI Module in beta?
Yes. The ABYZOR AI Module is a free public beta, so expect updates and changes as we improve it. Genesis and Variations work without it if you prefer not to install beta software.
Does the AI Module work with Variations?
Not yet — today the AI Module works with Genesis. The Variations AI integration is coming soon, using the same free AI Module. If you own Variations, you'll receive it for free when it launches.
Can I use Genesis without AI?
Yes. Genesis keeps its original procedural MIDI engine and works normally without the AI Module.
