By accessing abyzor.space, downloading ABYZOR software, joining a waitlist, or purchasing digital products from ABYZOR Audio (“ABYZOR”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.
2. Products & Services
ABYZOR develops music production software and related digital content, including but not limited to ABYZOR Genesis and ABYZOR Variations. Features, supported platforms, and availability may change over time. We may offer free downloads, paid products, sample packs, and pre-launch waitlists.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or replace any product, feature, activation system, or service at any time without prior notice.
3. Waitlist & Pricing
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a specific release date. Launch prices shown on the website (for example, indicative pricing for ABYZOR Variations) are subject to change before release. Waitlist communications may include product updates, launch announcements, and related marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
4. Software License
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or download, ABYZOR software is licensed—not sold—for your personal or professional music production use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or sublicense our software except where expressly permitted by us or applicable open-source licenses bundled with a product.
Sample packs and audio content may be used in commercial and non-commercial music productions. However, they may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or repackaged as standalone audio products.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every operating system version, DAW, plugin host, or hardware configuration. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase or use.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the software or content has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, UI designs, audio content, and software code associated with ABYZOR remain the property of ABYZOR Audio or its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
ABYZOR software and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABYZOR Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including lost data, lost profits, or project delays.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ABYZOR for that product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if the product was provided free of charge.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
