Installation
Windows (VST3)
- Download and unzip the Windows package.
- Copy
ABYZOR Genesis.vst3 into your VST3 plugin folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
- Open your DAW and run a plugin rescan (Clear Cache & Rescan).
- Find ABYZOR Genesis in your plugin list and load it.
Not showing up? Confirm the .vst3 file is directly inside the VST3 folder (not in a nested subfolder), that the folder is in your DAW's scan paths, then rescan again.
macOS (VST3 & AU)
Important: Genesis is a free, unsigned plugin, so macOS will block it on first launch. This is normal โ just approve it manually using the steps below.
- Download and unzip the macOS package.
- Copy the plugins into the correct folders:
VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
AU (Logic / GarageBand): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
- Go to System Settings โ Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down โ you'll see "ABYZOR Genesis was blocked". Click Open Anyway.
- Open your DAW and run a plugin rescan.
- If prompted again during the scan, click Open Anyway once more โ this is expected.
- ABYZOR Genesis will now appear in your plugin list.
Tip: You may need to approve the plugin twice โ once in Privacy & Security, and once during the DAW rescan. After that, it works normally.
